Chris Spurgat
President

Chris has been the President of Object Partners since co-founding the company in 1996. He instilled the company’s philosophy of delivering high-quality IT services with integrity, which has been the basis for the company’s growth to over 50 employees and over $7M in revenues for 2008. Chris’s responsibilities include providing oversight of the day-to-day operations of the business and he continues to actively participate in sales and recruiting activities. In addition, Chris works closely with OPI’s management team and consultants to ensure that the company’s culture and philosophies are maintained as the company continues to grow. 

Prior to co-founding OPI, Chris held various hardware and software engineering positions at IBM and Born Information Services Group. Chris holds a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. 

Ehren Seim
Director of Talent Management & Marketing

Ehren is a Human Resource leader that has been working in the Talent Management space for over 11 years. Prior to joining OPI in 2007, Ehren worked for various consulting companies in the Minneapolis metro where he built a remarkable reputation for the consistent delivery of technology and business solutions for clients throughout the upper midwest region. He has single handedly built technology practices and accounts from ground level into profitable, sustainable revenue generators. Ehren believes his success is based upon the simple fundamentals of recruiting/sales; honesty, integrity, and hard work.

As Director of Recruiting & Marketing, Ehren’s main responsibility is to grow OPI by attracting and retaining both clients and candidates by implementing some of the mainstream marketing and recruiting techniques and practices seen around the industry. He’s involved with some of the day to day sales activities, general marketing and HR, personnel and resource management, as well as the management and implementation of the corporate website, blog, social media/pr activities, and back office system. Ehren holds a Bachelors degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Colleen Peterson
Director of Operations

As the Director of Business Operations, Colleen is responsible for the overall financial, human resources, and administrative functions of the company. This includes all payroll, benefits, billing, accounting and financial management, as well as budgeting and forecasting of OPI’s core business. She also administers all of the dependent care, as well as the short-term disability benefits.

Colleen has been involved with and/or managed countless accounting and financial operations within the IT industry for well over 10 years. To maintain OPI’s low overhead model, she’s single handedly simplified and reorganized the accounting and administrative areas within OPI, leading to a significant increase in accuracy, productivity, and response time. Her success is based upon the belief that all human resources, benefits and accounting efforts within OPI revolve around assisting her customers, which include OPI’s clients and most importantly the employees. Colleen has been with OPI since 2006.
