Profit Sharing Bonus:
- Each consultant is eligible for the quarterly profit sharing bonus.
- The bonus is equal to 20% of net income before taxes for the quarter.
- Resume, administrative duties, tenure and job performance are all taken into consideration in determining the bonus.
- This bonus is paid on the 2nd payroll following the end of the quarter.
Certification Bonuses (we are in the middle of updating these benefits):
- There are two certification bonuses available to all Object Partners employees.
- These bonuses are paid when an employee provides proof of having passed the test. They are paid as a second check, gross pay in the next payroll run.
- Although these are the only two certificate programs for which Object Partners pays cash bonuses, there are several opportunities to expense the costs for taking additional certifications or updating those certifications already acquired. Generally, an employee must gain approval for reimbursement before taking the exam.
